Hello, my name is Catherine or Cat for friends!
You are wondering who I am? I'm a spontaneous person, very curious and meticulous. A bit of a perfectionist because I like things to be done well. I first studied Literature in Cégep in order to become a teacher, a writer or a journalist before realizing that my true passion was photography. That I loved photographing people above all. So I perfected my technique by studying photography for three years and taking a lot of portraits! I mainly describe myself as a wedding photographer.
It was while shooting my first wedding that I discovered what motivated me the most, what made me the happiest… In short, the path I wanted to follow: become a full-time wedding photographer! Having a camera in my hands gives me the opportunity to connect with two people on one of the most important and extraordinary days of their lives! I love being able to capture pure emotions and experience happy events (and that also applies to family, maternity and newborn portraits). For the bride and groom, I am here to make your photo experience as enjoyable as possible and I will accompany you, like a friend, during one of the most important days of your life. The expression in English would be "I have your back!" But it translates very poorly into French... I have your back? haha!
